Services may be offered on a contract-by-contract or on-demand basis. Services are supplied around-the-clock with a set SLA. Customers can place their orders by phone or email. The maintenance manager will enter the necessary information, accept the terms and conditions, and send the applicable technical team to the site. A maintenance worker will inspect the area and perform any services that are required. To conclude the request, proper billing is invoiced along with a client satisfaction survey.
